Administration of the Temple :

The overall administration of the Temple is looked after by ‘Thuluvannur Sree Mahavishnu Kshethra Samithy’ (Registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1960)consisting of members/devotees without the distinction of any caste or creed. An Executive Comittee consisting of 21 members elected form the Kshethra Samithy is in charge of the day today functioning of the temple. There is also a 'Naveekarana Samithy' constituted mainly to undertake the various Renovation work in the temple. The temple is not receiving any assistance from the Devaswom Board or the Government. The only source of income of the temple is the offerings and valued contributions/donations received from the devotees of Thuluvannurappan from far and wide.

The Thantrik rights of the Temple are vested with the Kalakattu Illam of Purakkunnu, near Payyanur. It was Brahmasree Late Kalakattillathu Sreedharan Namboothirippad who performed the Devaprathishta on April 15, 1986 after the renovation of the temple. He was the guiding force and advisor at the time of the reconstruction of the temple.

The temple has the social programmes to uplift the depressed classes, to set up job training centres, to build homes for the aged, to orgainse service centres which offer low priced quality goods, etc. The temple will function as a model spiritual centre utilizing its resources for cultural and social progress. The temple has a publication division to publish books that promote spiritual awareness.
